The Hamen family welcomes you to the website of Camping “Bleesbruck”.<\/p>\n

Please take a moment to look at the timeline of our family business. As you can see in the timeline, we attach great importance to being a modern family business. Everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n

We put a lot of heart and soul into the management of the site and into the daily work so that every holiday is unforgettable.<\/p>\n

\r\n A short journey through time<\/span>\r\n

Camping Bleesbruck<\/h2>\r\n
\r\n

1965<\/h3>\n

The foundation stone of the campsite was laid at that time by Jos and Germaine Hamen. It all started as a small, simple campsite of 25 pitches on the shore of the Blees. The site was run as a sideline, while the family Hamen had been running a farm and a guesthouse for generations.<\/p>\n

1970<\/h3>\n

The interest in camping holidays among tourists is increasing more and more, so it was decided to expand the site. The site was moved to the other side of the river and a new building with sanitary facilities\/reception\/shop was put into service. From then on, the site had 150 pitches.<\/p>\n

1987<\/h3>\n

A new generation took over the management, Roger and Liliane Hamen. At regular intervals, the site was modernised, a large playground was created and expanded.<\/p>\n

1990<\/h3>\n

Rental properties have been set up to make the offer even more attractive for tourists.<\/p>\n

1999<\/h3>\n

A small but fine textile-free site with 25 pitches was created. Due to this feature, the campsite “Bleesbruck” is until today one of two naturist campsites in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

2004<\/h3>\n

A new building with a terrace and restaurant was created to offer customers a range of hot meals, drinks and delicious desserts.<\/p>\n

2008<\/h3>\n

Part of the 150-year-old “Bleesmillen” has been renovated to provide space for future customers in the form of a holiday appartment.<\/p>\n

2013<\/h3>\n

Several rental properties in the form of “sleeping barrels” find their way onto the camping site and can be booked from now on.<\/p>\n

2014<\/h3>\n

A carport was built to store the waste and recycling in a dry and orderly manner.<\/p>\n

2020<\/h3>\n

Hamen Anne, youngest child of the Hamen family, joins the management of Camping “Bleesbruck” as a 3rd generation family member.<\/p>\n

2021<\/h3>\n

Projects such as the extension of the restaurant terrace and a transformation of the playground including the new information point were started towards the end of the season. These projects will be driven forward over the winter until the new season. After the severe flood disaster in July, 2 rental properties had to be demolished; replacements are being planned.<\/p>\n

2022<\/h3>\n

The terrace and the Infopoint have been finished and are well appreciated by the guests.<\/p>\n

2023<\/h3>\n

A new mobile home has been placed, fully equipped with terrace, kitchen and bathroom can now receive guests. Ideal for couples. The new chalet for hikers is also ready to welcome guests. With a view into nature, this is the ideal place to relax after a hike.<\/p>\n

2024<\/h3>\n

The new boccia piste is ready and is located right next to the terrace. The recycling corner in the nudist area has been optimised. Some pitches have also been levelled and a small path has been added.<\/p>\n

2025<\/h3>\n

The campsite celebrates 60 years of existence<\/p>\n

Future<\/h3>\n

The facilities at Camping “Bleesbruck” are constantly being updated. Upcoming projects include a modernisation of the sanitary buildings. As well as the completion of the current projects.<\/p>\n
